• Energy audit with blower door, infrared camera, smoke stick, combustion analyzer to assess your homes energy usage and areas of energy loss
• Preliminary safety check to test for carbon monoxide levels, mold and mildew issues, asbestos, and proper ventilation
• Immediate improvements such as sealing air leaks, insulating hot water pipes and wrapping heating ducts
• Detailed report summarizing the findings of the home evaluation, recommended next step improvements with cost benefit and energy saving analysis

Based on the findings of the Home Evaluation, we will propose changes to improve the energy efficiencies, comfort and health of your home. Typical changes include:
